We have a "dream" to breed what the true Arabian should be. You won't see one of our horses and not know instantly it is an Arabian. Beautiful heads, shapely necks, free shoulders, powerful hind quarters, good legs, real athletes. Last but not least, an intelligent, gentle, kind, and loving animal, looking for a "relationship" with his/her owner. You can find the classic Arabian horse you can trust, bond with, and love.
We started raising horses for the pure "love" of it, and "Arabians" for their absolute honesty and overwhelming heart. In 1995 William, Bryan and I received a free horse. A registered Arab colt soon to be gelding. Free is a lovely word but when it comes to horses it has no meaning. After receiving this horse we needed a place to keep it, a shelter to protect it and of course tack to train it. We are fortunate enough to grow our own hay so that cost was minimal. When the free horse arrived (Regal man) he was very wild and he was terrified of people, not a problem we got him a companion horse to ease the transition. The mare we bought was a beautiful purebred Arab mare Machisma. That did not work to train Regal Man but it did give me a horse that I could work with. We sold regal man to a lady jockey as he would never be big enough for anyone in our family. In 1997 Bill & I were married and what else could I buy for a wedding present but another purebred mare Sralinka.

My mother had said that Arabians are getting a bad rap, and I have to agree . It wasn't just the way she raised the horses we had as I was growing up,it has a lot to do with the breeding. I would have to say that we raise Arabians first and foremost because we Love them but also because they have so much to give in their Love for us.
Arabians are multi talented, athletic, strong, gentle, fast, great for endurance, elegant, great stamina, intelligent, and of course beautiful. Why would any one not have an Arabian.

Early in 2000 I picked up my mail and the Canadian Arabian News was in the mail, I did not even have to open the magazine as the back cover held our future dreams. On the back cover was a young stallion named True Colours, and all I could think about is how well matched he is for our mare Sralinka. I told everyone I knew that we would be breeding to that stallion he had what we wanted, Well April 25 2001 it happened Sralinka (Daisy) was bred by AI and that was a whole new experience. March 28 2002 LA's Classic Colours, was born and he is everything we could ask for in a Stallion as well as in a foal.
I suppose I could say and the rest is history but no I would have to say in this Stallion it is our future
